Forms

The first step in our group booking process requires you to register your group. Please complete the Online Registration Form when you are ready to book your dates and programs. You will recieve an email confirmation from our Groups Coordinator within 48hrs.

After you register, the Second step is to download the forms for your group:

• Parent Package - includes 4 pages: Parental Consent Form, Medical Form, Pre-trip and Program Information
• Teacher Checklist - to help you prepare

We also recommend pre-viewing the adult Liability Waiver prior to arrival. These waivers are for anyone who is 19yrs+ and must be completed onsite in the presence of one of our employees.

The third and final step is to Submit Service Contract (due 14 days prior to your arrival; last step in the booking process):

• Online Service Contract

Your meal order, program choices, and accommodation needs will be confirmed by email from the Group Coordinator once she recieves your contract.
