Horne Lake an outdoor-lovers dream! Winter is a quiet
time that brings Mother Nature to centre stage along
with great trout fishing and a wet, wild tours in the Horne
Lake Caverns.
Two beautiful parks offer
a wide range of activities
for all ages and abilities. Visit one of British Columbia’s top
attractions and discover great caving, canoeing, camping and other great
outdoor activities for families and adventurous travellers. Horne
Lake is located in the Oceanside Region of Vancouver Island, just north of
Qualicum Beach.

Horne
Lake Caves Provincial Park is open daily for tours and self-guided exploration this Winter.
Explore caverns filled with ancient fossils and amazing
crystal formations! The amazing 3 hr. "Wet &
Wild" Spelunking Adventure is the best bet for thrills
and outdoor fun. Great for
children aged 8 and up, this outrageous trip highlights the natural
river forces that carved these marble passages
and crystal caverns. This fabulous adventure is a small
taste of "wild" caving, definitely a
once-in-a-lifetime experience! No prior experience is
necessary. Participants will negotiate some tight passages,
short climbs and lots of cave scrambling. Bring a change of
clothes and don’t forget your
camera! Helmets and lights are included with your guide.
 Horne
Lake Regional Park is an excellent base camp to start your
adventures. Camping is available right through the Winter at a NEW WINTER RATE of $10, all sites, all
nights! Paddle a canoe or kayak and drop a fishing line
into a beautiful lake stocked with cuthroat and rainbow trout. Boat and
fishing gear are available
at the office.

Adventure Camps for 2010!
RELAX! The easiest camping ever! We supply
all your meals, 4 days of fun adventures and even give you a
family size Teepee to sleep in. Just pack your clothes and a
sleeping bag with a pad and you are ready to enjoy one of
Vancouver Island's best outdoor destinations. Early birds
